Coach contact input
The purpose of this page is to allow coaches to provide us with their preferred contact information.
If you coached in AYSO49 last year and all of your contact info is the same as last year, just enter your name. Please input your team number (if you know it - very helpful but not required.)
Input your preferred name for the schedules (i. e. Robert Smith or Bob Smith)
Input phone number that you want listed on the schedules
(you might want to consider using a cell phone for better access during games and/or practices
Input cell phone number (optional)
Input emaddress (if different from the email notifying you of this page)
Input rainout contact method (Twitter, email, text to cell (need to know your cell provider), call cell, call home)

In the event of a cancellation, we will do the following in the following order:
1. Send out a tweet on twitter. The beauty of this format is that it instantly alerts anyone on twitter following us, AND it allows us to instantly update the www.ayso49.org web site
2. Send out an email to coaches and to those subscribers on our rainout list. This includes the ability to send text messages to call phones.
3. Invoke our calling tree
The calling tree takes time, if we can reach you via Twitter, email, or text message, you will be notified much quicker
